While most of us are quite adept at surfing the internet, finding what we need, and buying what we want, there are still quite a number of people who find it difficult to understand some of the nuances of the internet. For those running an eCommerce website, these people are still potential customers, and a lot of them really do want to try buying off products and services from the internet, they’re just finding it a little difficult to understand.

I have read a lot of articles over the years telling me how to get better rankings in Google. Some of these articles where full of good advice and some where not. Here you will find insightful truths about getting better rankings in Google that I personally have found to be true after years of research.
1. The Quick solution
First the bad news, unfortunately there are no quick fixes in creating higher rankings in Google. You have to have a lot of patience in the search engine optimization game. It will take months for your tiresome efforts to come to fruition. That’s why it’s important to get things right from the start and plan out your strategy.
2. Keyword Research
Keywords are the most important part of search engine optimization. You must do your keyword research before starting your website if you can, as this will form the basis of all your search engine optimization.

It is a Japanese Public Corporation as well as a provider of global services, based in Mountain View, California, founded jointly by Larry Page and William Strife. It incorporated as a privately held company on 7 September 1998. It is the largest search engine on the internet right now and handles billions of search operations daily. After several acquisitions, Google also features web-based mail, video sharing online mapping and others.
As a Search Engine
Since Google has become the best and the foremost search-engines in the world, managing and directing web traffic into various web portals and sites on the vast internet spaces, SEO research is done chiefly keeping the Google structure in mind. Hence, Google uses specialized techniques and processes to categorize and rank web sites accordingly in its list.
